Tearing 'the flu' apart, we know that it actually 'catches' people, all they have to do is be exposed to it. Then it stays with them for a while. Applying this to search engine optimization, you have to have content that catches people. You want it to spread easily, and be as contageous as possible! While I can't give a generic equation that will do this for all people, I can tell you that if you keep these goals in mind when developing your content, it will be well worth it!

After you've developed your content, you have to work just a bit to get it to start catching - post a funny (and original) video on YouTube that links to it, or distribute it to article directories that in turn distribute it to several other people.
